The DC charger has a CCS2 connector pushing up to 60kW and it is priced at RM1.20 per minute. The same charger also has a AC Type-2 port pushing 22kW, and it’s priced at RM6 per hour. From the photos shared on Plugshare, it appears that the 22kW AC charge point is untethered and you’ll have to bring your own Type-2 AC cable.

These chargers can be activated via the JomCharge app which is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

If you’re looking for alternative chargers with kWh-based pricing in Penang, DC Handal has recently deployed a 50kW DC Charger at Udini Square which costs RM1.30 per kWh and a 90kW DC Charger at Choo Plaza, priced at RM1.50 per kWh. ChargEV has also deployed a 70kW DC Charger at Starbucks Botanica which is priced at RM1.20 per kWh.
