TalkSPORT host Simon Jordan believes that Leeds United made the right call with manager Jesse Marsch.
The Elland Road club have sacked the American first team coach with immediate effect.
Ex-Crystal Palace owner Jordan believes that was the correct decision from the Leeds board.
A month ago, he said on talkSPORT: "He is rattled and I don't think he's got the chops to do the job. I think Leeds are, as I said the other day, one manager and an ownership change away from really kicking on again."
After the sacking, he wrote on Twitter: #lufc have come to their senses .. Jesse Marsch (boot emoji) ... there is a need for substance not just a version of style."
