This is the moment Spanish football coach Jorge Vilda appears to touch a female staff member on her breast during the FIFA Women’s World Cup final against England.
The alleged incident is said to have occurred moments after Spain captain Olga Carmona scored the only goal in the 29th minute of the final on Sunday.
Coverage of the match at the time showed Vilda celebrating with male and female support staff after the ball hit the back of the net.
New footage has since emerged. Vilda is seen appearing to hold his left hand on the female’s right breast for an extended moment.
