Chelsea midfielder Jorginho says he's feeling excited ahead of the new season.
The Italy international is happy to have had a full break after a busy last campaign.
He told Sky Sports: "I feel good, it is a period in which we work a lot, with temperatures that are not usual for London. I am very motivated for another season with this shirt, which is a dream for every child in Brazil, as it was for myself.
"Every year I repeat the same thing: we have to think about today. We have many things to improve from last year. Nine signings have arrived, some have gone away and we will miss them, while (Ben) Chilwell is back. There is a lot of motivation; the goal for me is clear, is to look at the first game and win it.
"Chelsea's great opponent is Chelsea, because if we don't fight, if we don't do better than last year, if we don't improve, if we are not humble to recognise where did we go wrong and do better, what are we talking about? We sit in front of the TV and watch the championship."
