Del Nido Carrasco will take charge to 2027, with the approval of major shareholder Pepe Castro.
Castro becomes vice-president, with Del Nido Carrasco happy for Victor Orta to continue as sporting director.
Del Nido Carrasco has distanced himself from his father in order to side with Castro and take charge.
Castro has been ten years in charge and has been happy to step aside for Del Nido Carrasco.
