Diogo Jota declared Liverpool "are back" after grabbing a late, late winner against Tottenham on Sunday.
Spurs fought back from 3-0 down to draw level in extra-time via Richarlison only for substitute to swoop for the winner on 94 minutes.
Jota said: "We made it hard for ourselves. After 3-0 up we need to avoid being in this situation. In the end it will be a day to remember, the winner is always something special.
"Everyone dreams of scoring a last-minute winner. I saw the ball that wasn't properly defended. I believed I could score and it was fantastic."
On what Jurgen Klopp told him to do when he was subbed on, he added: "At that moment it was important to get second balls, that's what he asked of me. The second goal gave Tottenham confidence, it's Premier League and it's hard to manage."
Asked if Liverpool are now "back", the striker agreed: "Yeah. It feels great and we just need to keep on going."
