Its Director-General Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli emphasised that the MyLesen B2 initiative was introduced to support the B40 group in obtaining legal motorcycle licences, not to enable traffic violations. “Public funds have been channelled into this programme to uplift communities — not to fuel lawlessness. Compliance with traffic laws is non-negotiable,” he said.Aedy confirmed that JPJ has a dedicated system to monitor successful MyLesen B2 applicants and warned that young riders who break traffic laws risk serious consequences, including legal action, for violating the programme's conditions.
