The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will opens a special vehicle registration number in the ‘VIPS’ series to the public through JPJ eBid online bidding system.
Visit Impressive Perlis State, or VIPS, is a government initiative to promote tourism in the ‘Visit Perlis Year 2024-2025’.

The bidding process will be open from April 11, 2025 (Friday) to April 15, 2025 (Tuesday), with submissions closing at 10:00 PM. Results will be announced within 24 hours, by April 16, 2025 (Wednesday).
The bidding process follows the usual terms and conditions outlined on the JPJeBid platform, with minimum prices set for each category: RM 20,000.00 for primary numbers, RM 5,000.00 for premium numbers, RM 2,500.00 for attractive numbers, RM 500.00 for popular numbers, and RM 300.00 for regular numbers.
