
DR Mohd Arifin said, JPSM which is under KSTI, plans to build six Satellite campuses in the districts of Telupid, Sipitang, Keningau, Membakut, Kunak and Pitas. This is to enable the people, including in the rural areas, to gain knowledge in TVET.
As for Sabah State Library (PNS) under KSTI, Dr Mohd Arifin said a new programme would be introduced in Sabah dubbed Children’s Literature Festival.
“The function of the PNS will continue to be empowered as an intellectual center with various scientific activities. Programs such as Let’s Read, Special Reading Programme for Children, Storytelling Competition, World Play Day, Sabah Book Festival and Library Week will continue next year.
