Tottenham Hotspur are set to sign Giovanni Lo Celso after Real Betis slashed their asking price for the Argentina international.
Betis had previously demanded Spurs meet the 60m release clause in Lo Celso's contract.
But with the Andalusian club completing the transfer of Nabil Fekir for 22.6m on Monday, that price has now been dropped.
The North Londoners will now complete a 45m deal for the 23-year-old, according to The Sun.
Lo Celso adds another piece to Mauricio Pochettino's midfield following the 65m arrival of Tanguy Ndombele.
