Juventus coach Max Allegri says Moise Kean apologised after defeat at Roma last night.

Kean, on-loan from Everton, lasted 40 seconds as a second-half substitute before being sent off for his lunge on Gianluca Mancini.

Allegri said, "He made a mistake and apologised. He put the team in difficulty, lessons must be learned from these things.

"Among other things, it was a foul in his favour... He had the wrong reaction."

Allegri then added, "Maybe he was frustrated because he hadn't played."

The striker now faces a fine for his ill-discipline.
