Juventus signing Paul Pogba is facing knee surgery after suffering an injury in training.

Pogba broke down in a first session in Los Angeles and Juve have confirmed the setback.

The France international will visit a specialist to see if any surgical treatment is required.

Tuttosport says former Manchester United midfielder Pogba will need surgery and be out for 30-35 days.

“Following complaining of pain in his right knee, Paul Pogba underwent radiological examinations that revealed a lesion of the lateral meniscus," read the club statement.

“In the next few hours he will undergo a specialist orthopedic consultation.

“Therefore, in order to continue treatment, he is not taking part in the trip to Dallas."
