Juventus defender Danilo says being banned from the Europa Conference League can work in their favour.
Juve are out of this season's competition over Financial Fair Play irregularities.
But Danilo reasoned: "Certainly we would have liked to play in European competitions.
"But it's the right decision if we're ready for the future. This year we'll focus on the championship and the Coppa Italia. Our goal is going back to winning the Scudetto again, in getting Juve back to first place among the Italian teams.
"We have been missing them for a few years and we want to do it again."
