Juventus hero Mark Iuliano insists Paul Pogba can still make a big contribution.
The summer signing is yet to play for Juve this season due to a knee injury.
Iuliano said, "It's a real shame because Pogba is the player able to make the leap in quality to the team.
"A midfielder like him has long been missing for technique, strength, dribble, personality, shooting from outside.
'He had to have surgery immediately, instead he chose conservative therapy, hoping to go to the World Cup. It was a failed management."
