Juventus have launched a cash bid for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgium international spent last season on-loan with Inter Milan, where he is wanted in a permanent transfer.
However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Juve have offered 40m plus bonuses for Lukaku.
But Chelsea have rejected the bid, insisting Lukaku will only leave for 55m or more.
Inter are expected to make a new bid of 45m in the coming days.
