Kota Kinabalu: The inauguration ceremony of the Kadazan Dusun Cultural Association (KDCA) Sarawak and launching of Pesta Kaamatan (Harvest Festival) will be held on April 30, 2023.Organising Chairman, Sylvester Tausin, said the event which will be held for the first time in Sarawak, is expected to be officiated by the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak, Datuk Snowdan Lawan.
“KDCA Sarawak which was approved in October 2022 by the central KDCA aims to preserve, develop, and promote the Kadazandusun culture and indigenous knowledge among the Kadazan, Dusun, Murut and Rungus (KDMR) community who are either residing permanently, working or studying in Sarawak.
