PENAMPANG: A total of 700 chairs, 100 tables and 30 trash cans were donated by Kapayan Assemblywoman Jannie Lasimbang to the Chairman of the Village Safety Committee (JKKK), Temple Wee Sheng Kong and schools in the Kapayan area.
“I believe these trash cans are a positive step towards nurturing our young children to care for the environment, particularly in recycling plastic and waste,” she said.
Jannie hoped residents would develop Kapayan into “Kapayan Haminku” (My Beloved Kapayan).
“With the support and cooperation of all, we can make Kapayan a clean and beautiful area,” she said.
