Kate Garraway admitted she didn’t “feel loved” by Derek Draper in a new ITV documentary following the final year of his life before his death aged 56.
Kate Garraway: Derek’s Story follows the Good Morning Britain presenter and the former political lobbyist, who speaks on camera for the first time, saying: “I want you to hear my story.”
Draper died in January after a lengthy battle with the long-term effects of Covid.
Garraway said in the documentary, filmed in 2023: “So he’s trying to work out how to love me. I know he loves me but how does he show that?”
‘I’m trying to work out if I feel loved by him.”
