The Princess of Wales has launched a video series to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.
In the inaugural video, celebrating spring, Kate encourages society to "reconnect to nature and celebrate a new dawn within our hearts".
The princess highlighted the vital "connection between humanity and nature", particularly in today's "increasingly complex and digital world".
The video features never-before-seen footage of the Prince and Princess of Wales during their recent trip to Scotland’s Isle of Mull.
Kate, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2024 and is now in remission, says “nature has been my sanctuary over the past year”.
