Katie Zacharia unfollows Trump ally days after losing press secretary job

• Katie Zacharia unfollowed Fox News host Sean Hannity on X after she was fired as White House Press Secretary just five days into her tenure.
• Zacharia was ousted on October 16 following a widely panned 14-minute inaugural press briefing and a tense interview on Hannity's prime-time show.
• During the interview, Hannity pressed Zacharia on her briefing performance and her legal background, leading her to admit she had not passed the bar exam.
• Reports alleged White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles arranged the testy interview as a sanctioned hit, though both Fox News and White House officials denied the claim.
• The White House press podium remains vacant as Trump and his administration focus on the upcoming midterm elections.
