ALOR SETAR, March 29 — The Sultan of Kedah Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Sultan Badlishah, today granted an audience to Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil, at Istana Anak Bukit here.
According to a post on the Kedah Royal Family’s Facebook account, the meeting was also attended by the Ministry of Communications and Digital (KKD) secretary-general Datuk Seri Mohammad Mentek and Information Department director-general Datuk Mohd Sukari Ab Hamid.
Meanwhile, Fahmi, in his Facebook post, expressed his gratitude to Sultan Sallehuddin for granting him an audience this morning.
Fahmi said during the audience, he had informed the Kedah Ruler on matters related to his ministry.
“All KKD staff and I pray that His Royal Highness Tuanku and the entire royal family will always be blessed with good health, prosperity and sovereignty,” he said.
Fahmi is currently on a two-day working visit to Kedah, starting today. — Bernama
