Keir Starmer and Kemi Badenoch have joined members of the Royal Family and military personnel, as well as a number of former prime ministers, to mark Remembrance Sunday.

Rishi Sunak, Tony Blair, Liz Truss, and Boris Johnson were among those joining them, however, only the two current party leaders laid poppy wreaths.

The King and Prince William also paid tribute in their military uniforms, while the Princess of Wales emotionally watched on from a balcony.

A two minutes silence was held at 11:00 GMT to remember those lost in service.
