- Foyle MP Colum Eastwood condemned the video as "disgusting" and "disgraceful," calling it an insult to the innocent civil rights protesters murdered in Derry in 1972.
- Mrs Badenoch's video argued that Labour's Bill would "drag" Troubles veterans back to court, and she stated her party would vote to block and repeal the legislation.
- The video has since been removed from both X and Facebook, with Mr Eastwood contrasting it with David Cameron's 2010 apology for the actions of soldiers on Bloody Sunday.
