KENINGAU: The Sessions Court here sentenced Paironi Belasius, 40, to 30 months in prison and a total fine of RM8,000 for three counts of fraud under Section 417 of the Penal Code.
Judge Ahmad Fairuz Mohamad Puzi today imposed 8 months in jail and RM1,500 fine for the first charge, 12 months and RM4,000 for the second, and 10 months and RM2,500 for the third.
