KENINGAU: The Keningau Football Association (Keningau FA) is ready for the Sabah Games (Saga) after completing the selection process in five areas since February 5.
Keningau FA President Rafie Robert said Keningau FA finished holding the final selection session on Saturday to form their men’s and women’s teams to face Saga that will be held this year.
“I expect the team to maintain its excellence and clinch the champion’s at the upcoming Saga,” he said at the final selection at the Sports Complex here.
He said a total of 88 men and 64 women players participated in the final selection and from the total, only 20 players were selected for each category.
Rafie also announced the team manager for the men’s is Moddy Patrick and the head coach is Yuszaime Abd while the women’s team manager and head coach are Adzley Abd and Sueli Apin respectively.
