Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown believes Albert Sambi Lokonga's transfer to Luton is a smart one for all parties.
The ex-central defender turned pundit has outlined whether the 23-year-old can make an impact in the Premier League.
Lokonga could never nail down a starting spot with the Gunners, but Keown believes he has enough quality to shine for a team battling relegation.
