Pengendali kereta api itu hanya menyedari Perodua Rusa berada di landasan sejauh 20 meter, jarak terlalu pendek untuk dia memberhentikan kereta api tepat pada masanya, kata polis.
Tiga orang lagi dalam van mini itu berjaya menyelamatkan diri tanpa cedera.
