Liverpool academy starlet Kieran Morrison has been rewarded for his excellent progress this season.
The 17-year-old midfielder has signed a new contract with the Anfield club this week.
Morrison, who represents Northern Ireland as a youth player, has netted 11 times and managed four assists in the Under-18 Premier League North.
He also trained with the club's first team during the recent international break.
Last weekend, Morrison scored a game-winning double against Sunderland's under-18 side.
The club expects Morrison to step up to the under-21 squad next season.
