
Kota Kinabalu: A 32-year-old man claimed trial in the High Court here Wednesday to murdering his former girlfriend in a shopping centre here, two years ago.
Chung King Fung @ Haider Daniel Chung Abdullah, who was brought before High Court Judge Datuk Dr Lim Hock Leng pleaded not guilty to committing the offence against Nurul Ain Silien, 21, between noon and 12.20pm on May 29, 2023, at the Polar Ice Cream shop in Jesselton Mall, Jalan Haji Saman here.
