Kota Kinabalu: Kinabalu Jaguar FC (KJFC) edged Armed Forces FC 1-0 in a top of the table clash in Group A of the M3 League match at Likas Stadium on Saturday.
The only goal of the match scored from the penalty spot by skipper Jenius Karib in the sixth minute was enough to see off the visitors who had recorded seven straight wins before the match.
Team manager Adzhar Mohamad was pleased the Armed Forces FC’s pre-match record did not affect the players’ performance.
