King Charles praises Lionel Ritchie’s singing voice at star-studded New York Gala

  • King Charles III hosted a star-studded charity gala in New York, the 'Greater Together Reception', to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the King’s Trust and promote transatlantic ties.
  • The event saw attendance from numerous American and British celebrities, including Anna Wintour, Lionel Richie, Martha Stewart, Donatella Versace, Stella McCartney, Iman, Karlie Kloss, Charlotte Tilbury, and Edward Enninful.
  • During his speech at Christie's, King Charles made several light-hearted jokes, praised Lionel Richie's singing voice, and expressed gratitude to attendees for supporting his charity's work in championing the next generation.
