PETALING JAYA: The Yang di-Pertuan Agong had consented to the dissolution of Parliament as he is disappointed with the recent political development in the country, said Istana Negara.
“His Majesty stressed that a strong country is important to guarantee political stability and continued economic prosperity for the well-being of the country and the people as a whole,” Comptroller of the Royal Household Datuk Seri Ahmad Fadil Shamsuddin said in a statement today.
