Malaysia’s King Sultan Ibrahim meets EC chairman and armed forces chief at Istana Negara for discussions
KUALA LUMPUR: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, today granted an audience to Election Commission (EC) chairman Datuk Seri Ramlan Harun.
According to a post on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar’s Facebook, the meeting with His Majesty took place at Istana Negara here.
Earlier, the King granted an audience to Armed Forces Chief General Tan Sri Malek Razak Sulaiman.
Also present at the meeting was the new Director-General of Defence Intelligence, Lieutenant General Datuk Fazal Abdul Rahman.
“The meeting with His Majesty lasted for almost an hour,” according to the post.
