King Harald of Norway admits he's following Erling Haaland's progress at Manchester City.
The Norway striker is being celebrated this week after a sensational hat-trick in victory over Nottingham Forest.
"He is a special, great footballer," said King Harald.
"He probably needs a new 'hat'", he stated, referring to the hat-trick.
While following Haaland keenly, King Harald has stated he is a Tottenham fan.
"We must remember that during the Drillo period there were even more Norwegian footballers who made their mark in the English top division, so that is nothing new. We have got a new, young generation that is on the way up."
A reporter asked: 'Perhaps Norway has never seen such a great player as Haaland?'
King Harald replied: "I don't think many people in the world have seen that either."
