Located right in the heart of KL, Mega Star Arena is super accessible—but if you want to avoid traffic jams and the parking headache, public transport is your best friend. The Kajang Line MRT is your most efficient option. Hop off at Bukit Bintang station and use Exit C (Pintu C). From there, it’s just a quick 4-minute walk to Sungei Wang Plaza, which is near the concert venue.

Prefer the monorail? Take the KL Monorail line and also disembark at Bukit Bintang station. Use Exit E, which will drop you right in front of Sungei Wang Plaza—easy and convenient. Both MRT and Monorail services run until midnight, so you’ll have no trouble getting home even after basking in the post-concert glow.

If you’re planning to drive because you live life on the edge, parking is available nearby:

  • Sungei Wang Plaza: RM8 flat rate from 6 PM to 7 AM. If you’re arriving earlier, it’s RM4 for the first two hours, then RM2 per additional hour.
  • Lot 10: RM10 for up to 8 hours.
  • Plaza Low Yat: RM6 flat from 6 PM to 6 AM, or RM4 for the first two hours before 6 PM, then RM2 per hour after that.

Pro tip: Skip circling the block endlessly—plan your arrival early so you can conserve your energy for fan chants, not parking hunts.

If you’re a VIP ticket holder, make sure to arrive early—the doors for sound check open at 3 PM, with the session starting promptly at 3.15 PM. Be sure to factor in traffic and queuing time to avoid missing out.

For everyone else, general admission opens at 4 PM, and the concert will begin right on time at 5 PM. The main show is expected to end by 7 PM, but don’t head out just yet—all attendees are invited to the goodbye session starting at 7.15 PM.

The G Floor is your go-to spot for ticket redemption, merch shopping, and all things fan zone. VIP and Cat 1 ticket holders will enter through the First Floor, where VIP fans will also line up for sound check. Cat 2 to Cat 4 fans, your entrance is on the Second Floor, which is also where the group photo queue begins.

While it’s tempting to bring every piece of KISS OF LIFE memorabilia you own, less is more. Here’s what you shouldn’t bring into the venue:

  • Outside food or beverages
  • Oversized bags (anything larger than A4), backpacks, or suitcases
  • Pro cameras or audio recording gear
  • Laptops and tablets
  • Large headbands or oversized fans
  • Costumes or cosplay outfits
  • Umbrellas
  • Glow sticks or laser pointers
  • Pets
  • Weapons or sharp items
  • Lighters, flammables, or fireworks
  • Cigarettes, vapes, or e-cigs
  • Flags or large banners
  • Alcohol or illegal substances
  • Tripods, selfie sticks, drones
  • Folding chairs or ladders

Remember, your ticket is digital, so keep your phone fully charged and ready to scan. Each ticket grants entry to one person, so double-check everything before heading out. No power, no entry!
