Kissing dough incident: Auntie Anne's closes Midvalley store for disinfection, cleaning

Kota Kinabalu: Pretzel chain Auntie Anne's has announced the temporary closure of its outlet at Midvalley, Kuala Lumpur, for disinfection and cleaning, following a viral incident in which an employee was seen kissing dough inside the store.

The chain, in a statement, also said they had fired the employee, Alice Chang, after the incident.

“The outlet will reopen once the disinfection process is completed and all necessary safety protocols are confirmed,” the company said.
