
KOTA KINABALU: In a dramatic turn of events that could easily star in the next big animal rescue movie, the Lintas fire brigade sprang into action to save a somewhat perplexed kitty trapped under a flyover in Luyang.
The call came in at 4:26pm, and the firefighters arrived at the scene eight minutes later, ready to tackle the 10-metre-high feline fiasco.
Upon arrival, the crew discovered the stranded cat, who seemed to be contemplating its life choices while lounging beneath the flyover.
The firefighters swiftly set up their ladder and began the rescue mission, which concluded successfully.

With the kitty safely on its way to a loving home, the fire brigade wrapped up operations at 5.06pm, leaving behind a tale of heroism and a very grateful new pet owner.
