KUDAT: The Local Government and Housing Ministry (KKTP), through the Local Authorities (PBT), always tries to think outside the box in delivering services.
Deputy Chief Minister II cum KKTP Minister Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam “not only in terms of development but improving the standard of living and ensuring the environment is comfortable, capable of giving joy and further ensuring an increase in the quality of life index,” said.
He was officiating the closing of the Kudat District Community Development Programme themed “Caring Community” at Dataran Tomborungus.
