A lucky (and patient) Malaysian man from KL just got RM17 million richer after winning the 1+3D jackpot.
The man had been betting on his car license plate number and birth date
And he used these numbers for 13 consecutive years!
In a statement by Da Ma Cai, the unnamed winner started to bet on his lucky numbers when he was 25 years old until he successfully won RM17,840,691 recently. He never thought of changing the numbers because he had always believed in these numbers.
In case you’re wondering, the numbers he used were 6333, based on his car license plate and 0221, his birthday.
The man plans to give back to society with his newfound wealth
“There is a temple in my hometown that I often visit. I recently heard that it has fallen into disrepair and now needs to be repaired and renovated.”
“I want to donate some of the money so that the temple can be rebuilt.”
The man who works in the printing industry also said that he has found a new hope with his wealth, saying that he’s aiming to bring some changes to the industry.
“I hope to improve the printing technology and diversify to maintain competitiveness, and bring the printing industry to a higher level.”

Recalling his journey in the industry, the man said he was forced to lay off some employees in 2024 due to the lesser demand for signboards and banners, especially after the epidemic.
He also said that he doesn’t consider this victory “lucky” but a mere power of persistence.
