KLIMS 2026 was all about the Zeekr 9X and 009 Grand which are aimed at a more affluent crowd.

Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia (Zeekr Malaysia) has officially made its first-ever appearance at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS 2026), highlighting its massive local momentum under the theme “Beyond Mobility. Defined by Excellence.”

Since its commercial entry in December 2024, the premium electric mobility brand has recorded cumulative sales of more than 4,000 units according to JPJ registration data as of May 2026. This milestone officially makes Zeekr the No. 1 Premium EV Brand in Malaysia. To celebrate this rapid expansion, the company has officially opened nationwide bookings for two new flagship luxury models: the ultra-exclusive Zeekr 009 Grand MPV and the high-performance Zeekr 9X luxury SUV.

2. The Zeekr 9X: A 900V High-Performance Luxury Titan

The Zeekr 9X introduces the brand’s next-generation engineering showcase, setting new technical benchmarks for the premium all-electric SUV segment.

Revolutionary 900V Architecture: Built upon the high-tech Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA-S) platform, the 9X utilizes the SEA Super Hybrid system.
Unprecedented Performance Figures: The powertrain forces out a staggering 1,030 kW of power, accelerating the full-sized SUV from 0 to 100 km/h in an unbelievable 3.1 seconds toward a combined driving range of 1,250 km (CLTC-rated).
Hyper-Fast Charging: Thanks to its high-voltage platform architecture, the 9X supports ultra-fast charging capability that can replenish the battery from 20% to 80% in just 8.5 minutes.
AI Digital Chassis Control: The vehicle handles terrain via the SEA AI Digital Chassis ecosystem, combining advanced air suspension with active roll control and smart terrain drive modes to maintain seamless stability.

Launching the “Zeekr Power” Charging Ecosystem

To provide uncompromised support for its high-voltage vehicles, the brand has officially launched Zeekr Power—a dedicated public charging network developed alongside strategic local infrastructure partners.

The program’s rollout includes several key infrastructure initiatives:

Flagship Super-Charging Station: Zeekr will launch its very first standalone flagship hub at XPark Sunway Serene, deploying ultra-fast charging units pushing out up to 480 kW DC.
North-South Highway Corridor Expansion: Zeekr Malaysia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DC Handal to develop the first phase of seven multi-bay charging stations. These will primarily sit along the North-South Expressway (delivering 14 bays up to 400 kW) and at Sunway Pyramid.
Three-Year Roadmap: The brand aims to establish 20 localized Zeekr Power stations nationwide within the next 36 months, extending exclusive charging privileges and discounted tier rates for Zeekr owners.

Expanding Sales and Servicing Access

Zeekr Malaysia currently operates eight retail outlets across the Klang Valley, Penang, Melaka, Johor, and Ipoh. Backed by its National Sales Company (NSC), the brand is aggressively targeting an expansion to 18 nationwide outlets and 12 dedicated service centers by the end of 2026, which will formally extend coverage into Sabah and Sarawak.
