Fenerbahce are in talks with Arsenal about a loan deal for Mesut Ozil in January.
The German playmaker has been left out of the last three matchday squads - leading to speculation his career at the Emirates is coming to an end.
Ozil, 30, has featured just once in the Premier League this season, with Unai Emery preferring the likes of Dani Ceballos and Joe Willock instead.
Takvim says Fenerbahce are willing to offer him an escape route.
They state that the ex-Real Madrid star is keen to join his boyhood club, with Fenerbahce's director of football Damien Comolli in discussions with the Gunners.
It has even been suggested that the North London giants are willing to pay a portion of his wages.
