
- Irish hip-hop group Kneecap delivered a politically charged headline set on the final day of Reading Festival to voice solidarity with Palestine.
- Band members Moglai Bap and Mo Chara led the audience in chants criticising Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Prime Minister Andy Burnham.
- The group performed songs from across their career, including tracks from 2024's Fine Art, “FENIAN”, and finished their set with 2025 track “THE RECAP”.
- The performance follows the dismissal of unlawful terror-related proceedings against band member Mo Chara earlier this year.
- The final day of the festival also featured sets from drum and bass duo Chase & Status, Florence + The Machine, and Lola Young.
