Former Holland international striker Ren van der Gijp is a big fan of Chelsea's new-look midfield.
Both Van der Gijp and ex-Holland coach Dick Advocaat were won over by Jorginho and N'Golo Kante during Chelsea's penalty shootout defeat to Liverpool on Thursday.
"What a dynamic midfield Chelsea has," Van der Gijp said on Veronica. "Players like James Milner are pretty good at chasing around Sergio Busquets, for example, because he only runs in the centre circle. But Kant and that Brazilian boy (Jorginho), what a dynamism, what a mobility.
"If you see how Kant is dynamic in relation to those wooden midfielders."
Advocaat also was impressed with Chelsea: "They play damn well, with a lot of movement.
"You see that midfield is simply better than the midfield of Liverpool. It is 1-0, but they could have made more goals. Also in the first half against Manchester United (4-0 loss) They played very good football. It is a team that has fun, they radiate that too."
