Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konate is determined to prove himself a winner.
Last year, Konate reached the Champions League final with the Reds and the World Cup final with France, but finished a loser on both occasions.
Konate said: My answer to the question of whether I chose the right place is to take a look at the first season. I became part of a team that was a hair's breadth away from winning four trophies.
"It was only two in the end, but we were only one point away from winning the league and so, so close to the Champions League.
"My fame has grown extremely from being a Liverpool player and it has been amazing to experience."
