Aston Villa are close to confirming their first signing of the January transfer window.
The Midlands club have secured a deal to sign Kosta Nedeljkovic from Crvena Zvezda.
The 18-year-old right-back will be spending the rest of the campaign back with the Serbian champions.
Nedeljkovic is due to arrive in England to finalize the deal, per Birmingham Live, before heading back to Serbia.
Villa agreed a 6.5million fee, with the deal only requiring a few more details before it is finalized.
Nedeljkovic has made 12 Super Liga Srbjie appearances this season, managing one assist.
