Manchester City signing Mateo Kovacic has enjoyed his first weeks with his new club'.
The arrival from Chelsea admits he's been taken aback by the intensity of City's training.
Kovacic said: "I knew this team had enormous quality, playing against them has always been very difficult.
"They keep the ball and put incredible pressure. Now that I'm here, I understand the reasons. The intensity is very high and everyone is extremely professional, this is the reason for the successes of the last few years.
"The sensations are fantastic and I have been received well from day one, not only by the players or the staff but by all the people who revolve around City. It is great to be a player of this team. I am surrounded by great players and great beings humans."
