The deadline to file a claim isJune 22, 2026. Those wishing to exclude themselves from the settlement or object to it must do so by June 6, 2026. Missing these deadlines could result in the loss of eligibility for financial compensation or other settlement benefits. Eligible class members can receive a $75 cash payment if they submit a claim.
