Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Government should fulfil all the terms and conditions under the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63), including allowing Sabah to use both Bahasa Malaysia and English as its official language, said Tuaran Member of Parliament Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau.

Tangau, who is also Upko President, said it could not be denied that the English language is universal and for Sabah and its generations to come, having a good command of the language would enable Sabahans to progress and compete with the rest of the world.

He said other terms and conditions under the MA63 include the 40 per cent revenue as well as to recognise the Sabah Public Works Department (PWD) as a technical agency.
