Tottenham winger Dejan Kulusevski will take out his frustration on rivals Manchester City next weekend.

Spurs put in a spirited display at home against Aston Villa over the weekend, but lost 2-1.

On the night of their tribute to their recently passed away former boss Terry Venables, Spurs lost yet another league game on the bounce.

Post-game, Kulusevski told reporters: I'm just angry. We cannot lose a game like that, so very angry, very disappointed.

Honestly, we played unbelievable. The problem is we've lost three in a row. that's the big problem. The way we played, especially the first 30 minutes, we have to play like that for 90 minutes then we cannot lose games.

I think we have to improve only mentally. Football-wise we are unbelievable, the coach is doing unbelievable with us. We have to just stay on track, believe in ourselves and keep playing like this.

Does that give us confidence going to Man City? Yeah, absolutely. We played there a couple of times before with Antonio (Conte) and did well, so it's going to be a good game.

I'm looking forward to it City are a great team but I think we're a very good team also. I love playing against them, I've played them twice and scored two goals. I'm looking forward to doing it again."
