Former Liverpool striker Dirk Kuyt is backing Arne Slot's appointment as new manager.
The Feyenoord coach will replace Jurgen Klopp at the end of the season.
Kuyt told the Athletic: "Following in Jrgen Klopp's footsteps is not easy, but Arne will do it his way and he will do everything to ensure that the club is successful.
He is dedicated and driven, with a strong belief in himself. His style of play is exactly what Liverpool supporters love to see at Anfield.
